An old wine, a memorable flavour, a renewed legend
Tribia is a restaurant with signature and poetry located in the Anoia region, just 35 minutes away from Barcelona. The name of Tribia is homage to history: it refers to a variety of white grape that used to be grown in Catalonia during the Middle Ages.
Tribia’s cuisine respects the seasonality of products and tradition, and it also reinterprets some ancestral recipes to the delight of guests. Surrounded by vineyards, the millennial culture of the lands around it is conveyed by the dishes elaborated by the culinary team, who, with their recipes, open up a path full of gastronomic sensations matched with the best wines.
Arbequina olive oil Na Joana and cava Tribia Rosé, especially elaborated for Can Bonastre clients, are just two of the details that may be discovered during a gastronomic experience in Can Bonastre.
The magic of the environment will allow you to taste haute cuisine in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. A Catalan vault of the old wine resort of Can Bonastre is the space chosen for the location of Tribia, which contrasts with the modernity and sobriety of the decoration. A gastronomic moment that will make you feel good. For private meetings, a reserved room for up to 14 people will be available.
Nara was born from the matching of a restaurant, Tribia and a wine resort, Can Bonastre, which co-exist in the same space. Nara is a dessert inspired in the star wine of the wine resort, a coupage of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot.
Purple-coloured with a stain of picota cherry, the wine is captivating with intense toasted aromas that evolve to compote of black fruit and nuances of ripe fig, with endings of cocoa and dark chocolate.
The dessert offers this same chocolate, toasted and wild fruits with vanilla. A surprising combination that has also turned it into the start dessert of Can Bonastre.
